Apollo Beach Townhomes Construction Staking Services

In order for planned improvements to be completed, McKim & Creed provided construction staking services, including horizontal and vertical control. Improvements included concrete curbing of the median within roadways and along pavement edges not adjacent to concrete sidewalks, as-builts of sanitary and storm drainage structures and a storm retention pond, stakeout of 7 buildings, and foundation tie-in survey with finish floor elevation. Additionally, McKim & Creed provided FEMA flood elevation certificates for each of the 15 units.
