Manufacturing and processing over 50 million pounds per year of nuts, fruits and gift items, Ann's House of Nuts relocated from Jessup, Maryland to Robersonville, North Carolina. For this award-winning project, McKim & Creed provided overall project engineering, project management, permitting assistance, and construction administration services. The 200,000 SF renovation and 100,000 SF cold storage and receiving addition were completed on time and within budget.
