In 2007, the Johnston County (N.C.) Economic Development Corporation had a vision: spur economic growth by building a business park on 400 acres of farmland in the small town of Four Oaks. This summer, that vision will become a reality.
Residents surrounding Alline Avenue in Tampa, Florida, enjoy large yards, tasteful landscaping, historic homes, and proximity to Hillsborough Bay. What they don’t enjoy is flooding.
