McKim & Creed Announces Promotion of Kristin Beamer to Chief Marketing Officer

Experienced Marketing Executive to Lead Firm’s Strategic Planning

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – December 9, 2024 – McKim & Creed, a leading engineering and geospatial services firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristin Beamer to the position of Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately.

In this role, Ms. Beamer will oversee McKim & Creed’s global marketing strategy, driving initiatives to strengthen industry partnerships, enhance client engagement and expand the firm’s market presence. She will lead efforts to highlight McKim & Creed’s innovative solutions, technical expertise, and client-focused approach while positioning the firm as a trusted leader in delivering high-quality, sustainable projects. Her expanded responsibilities as CMO include leading the development and execution of the company’s five-year strategic plan which will chart out McKim & Creed’s future growth, markets, services, and business strategies.

Ms. Beamer joined McKim & Creed in 2015 as Corporate Marketing Director, developing and leading a marketing and communications team that has transformed McKim & Creed by elevating the firm’s brand and image throughout the A/E/C industry; creating strong internal communications with employees throughout the company; supporting continued annual growth in sales; and driving improvement in strategic business development activities.
