McKim & Creed Controller Tamara Festa Named a Vice President

RALEIGH, N.C. – December 11, 2024 – McKim & Creed, a leading engineering and geospatial services firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tamara Festa to a Vice President, effective immediately.

As Vice President, Ms. Festa will continue to lead McKim & Creed’s accounting team, supporting the firm’s financing strategy to grow the business. In addition to providing finance and accounting transactions and assurances, she is also heavily involved in risk management, working with our business partners to have in place appropriate strategies to minimize risk and manage costs effectively.

Ms. Festa joined McKim & Creed in 2016 as Controller. During this time, she has been instrumental in tracking and reporting performance metrics and strengthening the organization through balance sheet management. She will expand her involvement in operational management of the company by assisting our CEO and CFO in operational analytics and improvements of the business.

Ms. Festa is a certified public accountant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Francis College for Women and a Master of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology – Saunders College of Business.
