MCKIM & CREED WELCOMES TRAVIS WALKER AS ENGINEERING GROUP MANAGER
Electrical engineering expert leads McKim & Creed’s MEP growth in South Carolina
GREENVILLE, S.C. – March 25, 2025 – McKim & Creed recently hired Travis Walker as Engineering Group Manager. Based in Greenville, S.C., Mr. Walker brings an impressive background in electrical engineering, spanning nearly 20 years. His expertise in power distribution, lighting and controls, and fire alarm systems will improve McKim & Creed’s delivery of comprehensive solutions to clients.

Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. His diverse experience includes designing commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, university, government, multi-family, mixed-use, high-rise, garages, and religious facilities for both renovations and new construction.
His notable project experience includes the North Greenville University Free Enterprise Center in Tigerville, S.C.; Kitchen Sync Restaurant and NewSpring Church Eastlan Campus in Greenville, S.C.; Aiken Public Safety Building in Aiken, S.C.; and Carraway Village Apartments in Chapel Hill, N.C.
