McKim & Creed Welcomes David Rackley as Water Group Regional Manager

GREENVILLE, SC — May 28, 2026 — McKim & Creed is pleased to announce that David Rackley has joined the firm as Water Group Regional Manager based in the Greenville, S.C., office. Rackley brings nearly 10 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects throughout the Southeast, with expertise in supporting complex water and wastewater initiatives. In his new role, he will support the continued growth of McKim & Creed’s Water practice in the region, helping to strengthen client relationships, lead project delivery efforts, and support the firm’s commitment to providing innovative infrastructure solutions that serve growing communities.

Rackley holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
