McKim & Creed Welcomes Robin Wilson as Corporate Learning and Development Manager

Raleigh, NC — June 2, 2026 — McKim & Creed is pleased to announce that Robin Wilson has joined the firm as Corporate Learning and Development Manager. Based in the company’s Raleigh office, Wilson brings more than 15 years of experience in learning and development across multiple industries, along with a strong academic background in communications and education leadership.

As McKim & Creed continues to grow, investing in employee development remains a key priority in supporting both individual success and the long-term strength of the organization. In this role, Wilson will lead initiatives focused on employee development, leadership programming, and OSHA compliance, helping ensure employees have the tools, training, and support needed to grow their careers, strengthen collaboration, and continue delivering exceptional service to clients. She will also support and enhance key internal development programs while helping build a more structured and accessible framework for learning and career development across the organization.

Wilson will play a key role in shaping the future of learning and development at McKim & Creed, including expanding access to training resources, supporting career development planning, and helping design leadership programs aligned with the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from East Carolina University and master’s degrees in School Administration and Language and Literacy Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
