McKim & Creed Welcomes Scott Loughery as Water Group Regional Manager
NEWARK, Del. — June 24, 2026 — McKim & Creed, an employee-owned engineering, geomatics and planning firm, has hired Scott Loughery, P.E., PMP, as Water Group Regional Manager based in Newark, Del. In this role, Loughery will help drive the firm’s continued growth and expansion throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania while supporting clients with water and wastewater solutions.
Loughery brings 14 years of experience leading water, wastewater and environmental infrastructure projects for municipal, industrial and power-sector clients. His expertise includes lead service line replacement programs, water and wastewater system design, regulatory permitting, engineering cost analyses, outfall modeling and design, and Clean Water Act compliance.
Loughery’s role will include developing client relationships and helping grow McKim & Creed’s water and wastewater team to meet the region’s increasing demand for infrastructure improvements.

Loughery earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Duke University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional.
