Installing MoDaC Mobile Data Collection® on a high-rail vehicle enabled McKim & Creed to survey a three-mile section of railroad track and a 200-ft. wide corridor for rail improvements. The high-rail vehicle traveled the rails and surveyors completed the survey in just one pass. Scan data was used to extract information and produce base mapping in MicroStation design files.
