Electrical Engineer Tapped to Expand McKim & Creed’s Electrical and Controls Services in Texas
HOUSTON — McKim & Creed, one of the largest engineering and surveying firms in the U.S., announces that Brian Pearce, PE has joined the firm as a project engineer. Based in Houston, he will lead the firm’s expansion of electrical engineering and instrumentation/controls services in Texas.
A licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas, Mr. Pearce brings more than twenty years of expertise as an electrical and controls engineer. He has worked the last decade on municipal-scale projects within the water supply, wastewater and industrial industries. His areas of expertise include medium- and low-voltage power distribution, motor control/motor protection, Arc Flash, Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and communications systems.

Mr. Peace obtained a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Power and Energy Society and Eta Kappa Nu, the honor society of IEEE.
