Electrical Manager Brings Four Decades of Healthcare Experience

McKim & Creed continues to expand its experience and expertise in the healthcare industry with the addition of Bert Evans to the company’s Charlotte staff. Bert joins McKim & Creed as a senior electrical project manager. He has 40+ years’ experience in creating and implementing medium voltage power distribution systems for area hospitals as well as commercial, chemical processing and power distribution facilities.

Mr. Evans has designed lighting, power, fire alarm, nurse call and security systems for multiple projects at Atrium Health, including the Levine Cancer Institute II, the bone marrow transplant floor renovation and the hybrid operating room renovation. He has also provided electrical design services for Chatham Hospital, Wilkes Regional Hospital, Wayne Memorial Hospital, Caldwell Memorial Hospital and UNC Hospitals.
