McKim & Creed Jumps 38 Spots in ENR Top Design Firms Ranking

Engineering News-Record (ENR) has ranked McKim & Creed, Inc. #206 among the 2018 Top 500 Design Firms in the U.S. Last year we ranked  #244. The 2018 list reflects an improvement of 38 spots in one year.

How Firms are Ranked

ENR ranks the top 500 engineering, architectural and construction firms in the U.S. each year. Firms are ranked based on the previous year’s revenues.

First Made List in 1992

McKim & Creed first made ENR’s listing in 1992, placing at #475 out of 500 firms. At that time, we had approximately 100 employees. Primary services were industrial engineering, structural engineering, water/wastewater engineering, civil/site engineering and geomatics. We were located only in North Carolina.

Today, McKim & Creed is an employee-owned engineering, surveying and planning firm with more than 400 staff members. We provide services all over the U.S. from 20 offices in North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Texas and Pennsylvania.

McKim & Creed’s core competencies include:
