Barbara Johnson joins McKim & Creed as Chief Human Resources Officer.

McKim & Creed Hires Chief Human Resources Officer

RALEIGH, NC — McKim & Creed, one of the largest engineering and surveying companies in the South, announces that Barbara Johnson, MBA, SPHR, has joined the company as chief human resources officer. In this role, she will oversee human resources, talent acquisition and retention and the people initiatives in McKim & Creed’s 2025 Strategic Plan.

Ms. Johnson brings to McKim & Creed more than 25 years of human resources management experience. Most recently she served as director of human resources for RegEd, a Triangle-area technology solutions firm.
