McKim & Creed Named 2024 Best Firm to Work For

McKim & Creed has been named a “2024 Best Firm to Work For” by the Zweig Group, a national firm that provides marketing and strategic planning services to the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.

The Best Firm to Work For (BFTWF) award recognizes design firms in the U.S. and Canada for excellence in workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates based on employee responses to a confidential survey. McKim & Creed first won a BFTWF award in 2016 and again in 2019.

Firms were evaluated on various criteria from both management and staff perspectives. Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline.
