McKim & Creed Recognized as an Esri Cornerstone Partner for 20 Years of Commitment to Esri and ArcGIS Technology

RALEIGH, N.C. — McKim & Creed was recognized as a Cornerstone Partner at the 2024 Esri Partner Conference (EPC) held March 10-11, 2024, in Palm Springs, Calif. This acknowledgment was presented to McKim & Creed for the firm’s long-term commitment to Esri and the geographic information system (GIS) community. Cornerstone Partner recognition is given to organizations that have participated in the Esri Partner Network (EPN) for 20 years while consistently focusing on helping customers succeed through the adoption of ArcGIS technology.

McKim & Creed utilizes Esri’s mapping and GIS products to provide clients with real-time progress on jobs and complete visualization of their systems’ performance, most prevalently in our water asset management division. Our team uses ArcGIS software to monitor more than 300 site locations throughout the United States on more than 80 leak-detection projects each year. We currently use Esri’s ArcGIS Dashboards and ArcGIS Survey123 to visualize water loss across 5,000 detected leaks from the past year.

“Esri technology allows us to apply a data-first methodology where we can tell a story for why product or field staff are deployed in certain locations,” said Robbie Eisenrich, McKim & Creed’s IOT Director. “Esri ArcGIS software not only allows us to track field staff and products across the country, but it also allows us to apply location intelligence. Using ArcGIS, we now have a data-first methodology allowing us to tell a story for why product is deployed to which locations and why and where field staff are being deployed.”

McKim & Creed’s EPN partnership with Esri allows us to serve our clients to the best of our ability, ultimately allowing us to find the best infrastructure solutions in a timely cost-effective manner.
