McKim & Creed Welcomes Joshua Ebarb as Louisiana Survey Project Manager

BATON ROUGE, LA. — Aug. 10, 2026 — McKim & Creed, an employee-owned engineering and geospatial firm, has hired Joshua Ebarb as a Survey Project Manager to oversee the firm’s survey operations in Louisiana.

Based in Baton Rouge, Ebarb will lead survey project delivery, foster client relationships and support the continued growth of McKim & Creed’s geospatial services in the region.

Ebarb brings more than 30 years of experience in land surveying and operations management, including 20 years in senior leadership roles. He has extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of surveying projects, leading field and office teams, negotiating contracts, improving operational efficiency and delivering projects on time and within budget. His background includes supporting public- and private-sector clients across a variety of surveying and infrastructure projects.
