McKim & Creed Welcomes Sam Hall as Growth & Operations Manager
Florida-based surveying expert joins McKim & Creed to spearhead geospatial project expansion and operational excellence
ORLANDO – March 25, 2025 – McKim & Creed, a leading engineering and geospatial services firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Hall as Growth & Operations Manager. Based in Orlando, Mr. Hall brings nearly three decades of experience in surveying, mapping, and project management. His extensive background includes leading 14 continuing service, districtwide, or miscellaneous contracts for surveying, mapping, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), and remote sensing with the Florida Department of Transportation over the past 20 years.
Mr. Hall’s expertise spans multi-million-dollar transportation, state agency, and municipal development geospatial projects across all regions of Florida. He is known for his exceptional project understanding and technical expertise, which enables him to effectively pair technology resources with project needs, delivering comprehensive solutions, expediting survey task completion, and minimizing costs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hall has successfully led both large and small geospatial teams through proposal development, scope delivery, and contract administration. His educational background includes a Master of Science in GPS Satellite Surveying and Conformal Mapping from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Anthropology from the University of Southern Maine. Mr. Hall is a member of Florida Surveying and Mapping Society (FSMS), American Council of Engineering Consultants, Florida (ACEC-FL), Florida Utilities Coordinating Committee (FUCC) and American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE).
