New Manager Specializes in Mechanical Design for Healthcare Industry

Keith Bradley—who specializes in mechanical design for the healthcare industry—has joined McKim & Creed as a senior project manager in McKim & Creed.

For nearly three decades, Keith has provided mechanical design services—from assessments through construction and closeout—for the healthcare industry. He has worked with both public and private institutions throughout the U.S., developing energy-efficient designs, master facility assessments, building pressure and duct leakage studies and improvements, and custom air handling system designs.

Keith consistently generates effective solutions for such critical environments as hematology and oncology protective isolation rooms and wings, USP 797 and 800 compliant pharmacies, operating rooms, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) rooms, airborne infectious isolation rooms, intensive care facilities, central sterile departments and computed tomography (CT), cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology (EP) and similar labs.

“Keith understands the complexities and unique requirements of mechanical systems within healthcare facilities. Over the past 30 years he has worked with many different healthcare providers and has developed unique and effective systems that meet the specialized needs of the medical industry. We are very happy to welcome him to McKim & Creed,” said Matthew Daves, PE, LEED AP, CBCP, who oversees McKim & Creed’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services (MEP/FP).

Keith attended Penn State University and is an active member in the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association (NCHEA).

McKim & Creed has provided MEP/FP engineering services for multiple healthcare providers throughout the Southeast.
