McKim & Creed Jumps 10 Spots in National Environmental Firm Ranking
McKim & Creed jumped 10 spots and landed at #174 in this year’s ranking of the Top 200 Environmental Firms in the U.S. by Engineering News-Record (ENR).
ENR published its 2018 listing of the country’s top environmental firms in its August 6/13, 2018 issue. The publication ranks firms based on the percentage of their 2017 gross revenue from environmental services. This includes revenue from projects involving hazardous/solid waste, nuclear waste, air, water, wastewater treatment, environmental management and environmental science.
“Environmental services encompass about 45 percent of our annual revenue,” said Street Lee, PE, McKim & Creed senior vice president and leader of the firm’s water and wastewater services. “We are very proud to have been included among ENR’s top environmental firms for 15 of the last 18 years.”
McKim & Creed’s largest environmental projects currently under way include the Northwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility Expansion in Hillsborough County, Florida; a decentralized water reclamation facility for the 7,000-acre Chatham Park mixed use community in North Carolina; a new parallel 54- to 60-inch raw water main for the Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority; and the City of Largo, Florida, Wastewater Treatment Plant Biological Process Improvements project.
