The project is a 130-acre mixed-used development located near US 64 and NC 55 in Apex, North Carolina. The site is in close proximity to the future Interstate 540 or Western Wake Expressway.
The development includes 650,000 SF of commercial space, 40,000 SF of offices and nine outparcels.
