The Four Oaks Business Park consists of approximately 350 areas and is located adjacent to I-95 in Four Oaks, NC. McKim & Creed prepared preliminary design documents including roadway plans, utility plans, storm drainage and overall site grading. Work also included design of the park’s pump station and forcemain, as well as an analysis to determine if station upgrades would be needed to serve the park’s future development.
