McKim & Creed provided structural engineering for a new 30,000-SF cannabis grow and processing facility. The facility contained six grow rooms, mother room, clone room, processing, packaging, and all required support rooms.
McKim & Creed also provided planning and schematic design for all MEP systems for the facility, which was required for issuance of the Pennsylvania State License.
