The scope of work for this project was to commission 100% of the central HVAC systems and 10% of ancillary systems for the new 40,000 SF Nursing Building. This included pre-functional observations, functional testing (functional testing includes the sequence of operation, control system graphics, and observations of the test and balance final readings), periodic site visits for meetings and site observations, seasonal control system testing, and final commissioning report.
