McKim & Creed provided schematic design services for a three-story, 60,000-SF medical office building and adjoining 20,000-SF health plex, along with a water quality pond designed for the site and an adjacent roadway. The site consisted of a 480-space parking lot and a helipad to service the facility. Additionally, McKim & Creed completed a flood study related to the Walker Creek Branch Tributary.
