McKim & Creed used phase-based 3D laser scanning to create as-builts for an abandoned manufacturing facility. After standing empty for four years, the building is being retrofitted for the chemical industry.
The scans helped the new owner create a plan for retiring the equipment and allowed for more flexibility in the data set.
