McKim & Creed provided land development consulting services for a 7-acre Publix Grocery Store located on Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill, SC. McKim & Creed worked closely with Peter Hiscutt and Associates, Inc. architectural firm and Publix’s developer in order to design a site which would proudly display a new prototype store for the Publix brand. Services included schematic layout, rezoning, substantial roadway improvements, a sanitary sewer extension, parking lot layout, erosion control plans, and design of multiple stormwater features that included a bioretention pond, a water quality pond, and underground detention.
