McKim & Creed provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a middle school HVAC replacement project. The scope of work included upgrading the chiller plant system with a high-efficiency, variable-speed screw chiller and associated pumping modification. The hot water system was expanded to provide hot water for reheating new VAV terminal units. In addition the project included new handling units, terminal units, controls system upgrade, and associated test and balance work. McKim & Creed also provided all electrical power system design to support these mechanical renovations.
