This 20-acre boat and RV storage facility started with an initial boundary and topographic survey, along with a site plan. Staking included centerline ditches, proposed and future buildings, fences and a parking lot.
As the project expanded, a subdivision plat was created. The engineering design included plans for grading and drainage, stormwater pollution prevention, a detention pond and a lift station.
