McKim & Creed provided surveying services for the new terminal at Albert J. Ellis Airport. Cross-sectional surveys were performed at 50-foot intervals for all roadways within the project area. Grid surveying was also performed at 50-foot intervals for all paved parking areas (vehicle or aircraft) and for off-pavement areas. McKim & Creed also located all inlets, manholes, utilities, lights, edge lights, signs, navaids, edges of pavement, pavement markings, underground conduits, etc., which were in the survey limits and provided top, bottom and invert elevation for each structure. Pipe sizes and invert elevations entering and exiting all structures were accurately noted.
