The Treelight Dining District is bringing alfresco dining to the master-planned community of Wendell Falls near Raleigh. Built in phases, Treelight includes three buildings in the first phase and two to three more buildings in the second phase. The district will feature approximately 35,400 square feet for local and regional restaurants. It also offers extensive outdoor dining and is situated around an outdoor amenity and event space.
McKim & Creed provided site/civil engineering services, including conceptual and preliminary planning, permitting, construction planning and other construction-related services.
