McKim & Creed provided site planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the amenity area of Chatham Glenn, a residential community at Ocean Isle Beach. McKim & Creed also designed the overall shape of the pool. In addition to the pool, the amenity area includes a deck, a wading pool, fencing and gates, a playground, a parking area, sidewalks, a stormwater management facility, and landscaping.
