The 100-acre Brazos Town Center features high-end residential, an office park and retail facilities, all connected by parks, trails and water features. The town center consists of two sections that are split by U.S. Highway 59 in Rosenberg, Texas. As key team members from the ground up, our engineering team provided a grading and drainage plan, storm sewer plan, stormwater layout and a paving design for the parking lots and buildings. Our platting professionals prepared most of the subdivision plats for this commercial development.
