John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods developed a 464-acre, 424-lot subdivision in Huntersville, NC. McKim & Creed provided the engineering services related to master planning and sketch plan approval, due diligence investigations, sketch plan layout refinement, subdivision roadways, NCDOT roadway improvements, storm drainage, erosion control, water and sanitary sewer system and Low Impact Development design and calculations. Construction phase services included review and approval of shop drawings, periodic construction observation, final record drawings and engineer’s certifications.
