McKim & Creed performed a boundary survey, topographic survey, location survey, and SUE services for 7 parcels located in downtown Raleigh. An entire city block was mapped for surface and subsurface features, with the project limits including roadways and block interior. Additionally, a strategic traffic control plan was devised in order to keep the public and the field crews safe while performing the work.
