Protecting Our Employee-Owners, Clients and Community
To our valued clients and partners,
Like many of you, we are vigilantly monitoring the impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. It is our priority to protect the health of our employee-owners, their families, our clients, and communities while continuing to provide high-quality services. We have implemented protocols that follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), for providing a healthy workplace for those that choose to work from the office and remote work options for those that prefer, or need to, work from home.
The following practices outlined below will help ensure continuity of service during this time:
WORKING REMOTELY
Our internal information technology (IT) infrastructure allows our employees to work remotely across our footprint. This means our staff will be able to continue to seamlessly use project software as we put social distancing and remote work standards into practice.
For those employees that work in the field, we want to continue to provide services to the extent we are comfortable doing so without imposing risk to our employees and our community.
PROJECT SCHEDULES
Our project managers will communicate frequently with our clients to assess, discuss and adjust, if necessary, deadlines and project milestone dates over the next few weeks.
MEETINGS
We will leverage internal meeting tools such as Skype, Team Meetings, WebEx and conference calls to conduct meetings and help ensure projects stay on track.
COMMUNICATION
Our leadership team is meeting frequently to stay informed and develop appropriate plans of action during this continually changing situation.
VISITORS
We will request that any visitors to our offices comply with the recommendations of the CDC related to protecting themselves and their communities.
During this unprecedented time, please know that we will continue to focus on addressing your needs and protecting the health of our employees. If you need support, please reach out to us.
