McKim & Creed supplied engineering, bidding and construction phase services to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The work consisted of schematic design/design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction phase services for a two-phase construction. The park and ride includes a 970-space combination pervious/impervious pavement parking lot and a bus pick-up/drop off area.
