McKim & Creed provided professional surveying and consulting engineering services for the Caterpillar Core PDC project located on approximately 254 acres in Clayton, NC. McKim & Creed assisted the client in the design of master plans, erosion control, water and sewer utility, and stormwater management systems. The project included modular office space to accommodate approximately 200 Caterpillar employees, along with associated parking and testing areas.
