McKim & Creed furnished right-of-way and engineering design surveying for the expansion of Oil Well Road, an east-west corridor in Collier County. The 11.37-mile, $60 million expansion and widening project creates a safe and accessible roadway for current residents, as well as the future residents of Ave Maria, a 5,027-acre development in the eastern portion of the county. Project tasks included horizontal and vertical control, topography and re-establishing alignment.
