South Park Village is a commercial development with a combination of retail and office space. McKim & Creed provided engineering services which involved the development of site infrastructure for Phase I and II of the project. McKim & Creed provided full civil site design and utilized strong relationships with the Town of Holly Spring staff to assist in expediting the permit process. McKim & Creed worked closely with the client, the Town and the anchor tenant, Harris Teeter to maintain a tight construction schedule.
