McKim & Creed served on the site selection team to help locate Ferguson Enterprise’s Southeast Distribution Center in Frostproof, Florida. After the site selection, McKim & Creed continued to provide professional civil/site engineering services associated with the project, including the design of on-site sanitary sewer lift station and off-site roadway improvements.
