The Bluffs, a resort development located on the Cape Fear River, is just minutes from historic downtown Wilmington. McKim & Creed provided civil engineering services for this development including site specific plans for all lots. Also included in the plans were the location, dimension and types of proposed adjoining infrastructure and other structures; landscaping and sedimentation control plans for the development; and construction plans for infrastructure and utilities. In addition to these services, water/wastewater facility evaluation, permitting and construction phase services were provided.
